Brother Monk Ciderworks is owned
and operated by brothers, Dan and Joe
Holoubek, in Indiana County, PA. Brother
Monk is a farm-based Pennsylvania
licensed winery growing over 2000
cider-specific apple trees on the farm and
all the rest of the fruit are sourced from
Pennsylvania. All the fruits are ripened
to perfection, fresh-pressed, fermented
slowly, and crafted into fine cider blends,
resulting in unique ciders full of refreshing,
complex tastes for your enjoyment. We
do not have a tasting room, but we have
started planning one at the Farm, so keep
checking in for more information.
